| Rental Agent Company History Located in the center of the York County Lakes Region our agency was founded by Richard "Duffy" Leach in the early 1930's. In 1970 we moved to our present location at the Foot of Mousam Lake, and since then we have specialized in the sale and management of lakefront and country properties. We believe we are the oldest real estate firm in the State of Maine, which is still owned and operated by the original family. All of our brokers are licensed in Maine and New Hampshire in order to better serve our clientele who own properties on the border lakes. Experience counts and the total number of years our agents have been licensed is more than 65! We also provide Summer Cottage Rentals on most of the area lakes, during the 12-week season.
