Take I-95 north into Maine. Enter the Maine Turnpike and travel north to EXIT #19  - Sanford-Wells. Turn Right onto Route 109 and proceed a total distance of 18 miles and STOP THE CAR! you should be at the foot of Mousam Lake, in front of our office, which has a 14' high bright red key in front of the office. Take Maine Turnpike south to Exit 32, turn right onto Route 111. Follow this for approx. 14 miles and turn right onto Route 224 (at Shaw's Ridge Farm Equipment - John Deere). follow Route 224 around the back side of Sanford and when you come to the second stop light (Key Bank across the road and Rite Aid on your right) Turn right onto Route 109, and go four miles to the foot of Mousam Lake, our office is on the right at the junction of Routes 109 and 11. Follow Route 16 (or Spaulding Turnpike) to Route 109 in Sanbornville. Follow Route 109 into Maine and approximately nine miles, to the foot of Mousam lake and the junction with Route 11.

Also from New Hampshire (from south and west) Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 16. Follow signs to Route 202 EAST into Maine. At the junction with Route 11-A, turn left and proceed to the bottom of the hill to a stop light. (Key Bank on your left and Rite Aid across the street on left) turn left and proceed four miles and STOP THE CAR. You are at Key Real Estate at the foot of Mousam Lake. L@@K for the KEY!
